All items that were included with the original purchase—including packaging, tags, promotional materials, and any complimentary gifts—must be returned in their original condition along with the product.
Return Conditions
For a refund to be processed, the returned product must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in its original condition with all original packaging
- Must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Must include all original tags and labels attached
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide your order details including order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item(s) to be returned.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s) and verify that they meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Processing time for refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account after being issued, depending on your financial institution.
